BERLENDAH DURE (she/her)
Berlendah is seeking roles supporting early-stage software companies, ideally as part of a platform team within a venture capital firm or accelerator. She is especially interested in positions where she can leverages her startup experience in operations, customer experience, and community building to help founders overcome challenges, scale effectively, and access critical resources.

With a background in economics and a proven track record in fast-paced startup environments, Berlendah brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence to her role of delivering ROI outcomes to partners.
From her early days as a Business Development Representative to her recent position as Head of Sales and User Experience at Renavest, Berlendah has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive growth, implement efficient processes, and build robust relationships. Her experience in aligning team initiatives with broader organization goals and optimizing operations for market success makes her a wonderful asset to the Hack.Diversity team.
Outside of work, Berlendah loves spending time with her family, hiking, trying new restaurants, and teaching Sunday school for 1st-3rd graders.
